Our Rooms
Facing the magnificent "Sleeping Giant" along the Maya Mountains. The upper flat consists of six (6) rooms with ceiling fans, private bath, hot and cold water. The lower flat has three bedrooms, bathroom, living room and dining room as well as a kitchen area. This lower flat is fully furnished and is ideal for a family of small group visiting for an extended period.
The wide 1st floor verandah overlooks 45 acres of citrus trees, coconut trees, palm trees, fruit trees, and local flora. This is the ideal place to just sit, relax and enjoy the beauty of nature, a perfect place for birdwatchers with a large variety of indigenous species attracted by the fruits and flowers surrounding the tranquil property.
Don't want a room ?? No problem!
There are three (3) thatched camping platforms. The thatch provides shade and the platforms (about 10 inches off the ground) serve as flooring for the tents. Wake up in the morning to the sounds of beautiful birds and other wild life that make this their local resting place
Bunkhouse
The Bunkhouse is also located in the same structure as the Student Lab. The bunkhouse consisting of three (3) rooms. This area is screened and has electricity. The rooms accommodate two (2) persons comfortably but can accommodate up to four (4) persons if necessary. Two bathrooms located on the grounds nearby complete with showers, toilets and basin are easily accessable by guests using the bunkhouse.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     
Student Groups
Our Lab has good lighting and is completely screened, it is ideal for retreats, workshops, meetings or classrooms
Student Lab  
Yamwits offers excellent package deals to student groups. Because of the many mountains and caves, this area is of particular interest to archeological groups; it is also a perfect retreat for others, interested in the wonders of nature, and a sense of adventure.
Restaurant and Bar
Our Restaurant & Bar offers excellent Belizean cuisine, cool drinks and a relaxing family atmosphere to its customers. Once again, the sleeping giant provides a breathtaking view to visitors.
